Fill up with fat and protein based foods as much as you can so you need to eat the least amount in volume and feel less hunger. Drink some calories if you like and want to get energy fast. I dislike eating too.

Newbie lifters can gain muscle while at a deficit but after a while you reach a natural limit and your body will not gain muscle without bulking and cutting. Roiders also gain muscle at a deficit but at the cost of their long term health.
