What's a good weekly calisthenics routine to help get the lean slightly muscular look? Recently I have been losing weight by removing grains and added sugar foods

Does anyone know how I can train calisthenics if I'm not strong enough to do the exercises with bodyweight? I currently do pushups against the wall, but it hurts my wrists.
>>77284765You can get push up bars, or do push ups on your fists (with wrist straight) rather than flat handed. Honestly though you'd be better checking out a more comprehensive reliable source like scooby.
