What's a good weekly calisthenics routine to help get the lean slightly muscular look? Recently I have been losing weight by removing grains and added sugar foods

Does anyone know how I can train calisthenics if I'm not strong enough to do the exercises with bodyweight? I currently do pushups against the wall, but it hurts my wrists.

You can get push up bars, or do push ups on your fists (with wrist straight) rather than flat handed. Honestly though you'd be better checking out a more comprehensive reliable source like scooby.
