Been thinking about how differently people focus their health over the years. Of course, it's not the same thing for a roidtranny than for someone who focuses on longevity, but I'm really interested on your knowledge and opinions.

My structure:

13-18:
Play actual sports and don't give a shit of prioritizing anything, just do things and be the best on your thing.

19-25:
Peak strength and muscle development, time to learn things

26-45:
Balance aesthetics with injury prevention and improve endurance.
Mobility and over-all movement

46-60:
Longevity focus
Joint preservation
Zone 2 cardio
Optimize nutrition, physical and mental health

What would you do if you were 15 or 18 again, how would you start? How did you start?

If I was 15, I would stay away from school sports like a plague because it's unpaid labor which kills the soul.
I would instead exclusively focus on kneesovertoes guy exercises and slow-jogging and make them a habit like any other hygiene practice.

Exercise should be like brushing your teeth and form should follow function. If you can get money for tossing a ball around, then do it, but if you're an average kid then you should only do things that you actually get a tangible and immediate concrete benefit from.
