I tried 5x5 once after doing a split my whole life and the strength gains were immense but I actually got way smaller and stopped. I didn't 'feel' as good as being pumped either

Just put them on a chest press machine, leg press machine, shoulder press machine, leg curl machine, row machine, and pull down machine and they have the basics covered. Fewer technical concerns and better able to train them to move correctly when they don't have to worry about the barbell sitting on their shoulders or keeping their back straight to avoid pulling something.

>>77284626Yeah its goated. You can also follow the same process with other exercises. Just start with the lowest amount you can and add 5 pounds or less each time. Simple, effective, progressive overload. Switching days of the week you do certain exercises does not matter very much.
