It's sad how far some will go for attention online really. It's an interesting experiment though, he's found that your right arm will actually grow even if you're only training the left, which was sort of known before but with a lack of real data. Muscle building is complex, it's about more than just breaking down the muscles but also about signals sent across the body, hence how the right arm can grow without even being trained, all because the left arm is trained. It's quite interesting really

Based. Unironically it was squatting and training legs in general that got me out of 15" arm hell, 17" now while lean. I think it was Dorian Yates who said to squat if you want bigger arms and it turned out to be true. I barely even added any weight to my curls and didn't do any extra volume too. Getting more muscular in general will mean some of that muscle gets distributed to the arms, which is why compound movements are king
