>>77285838If you do that for almost every individual head of a muscle sure. I've tried it and it works well enough but it doesn't really save much on time with all the set up unless you're doing most of it with dbs and supersetting a lot. Fun to do and see constant prs for a a months but it requires mastering a lot of really esoteric lifts.
