The one on the left is me one year ago, the one on the right is me the day before yesterday. I've clearly improved a lot and lost a lot of fat, but my main goal is to have defined abs. What ab exercises do you recommend? What foods are perfect for defining abs? Give me your best tips.

If you've been lifting for a year you really need to eat more food.

Not so much lifting weights, but rather eating less shit, because before my diet was based on pizza and Chocokrispies.

Start lifting weights. Don't just do abs and nothing else. Do squats and bench and other shit too.

I've been exercising at home for a week with a dumbbell: biceps, triceps, shoulders, legs, and abs. I don't know what the best exercises are to do with a dumbbell for those muscles, but I do what I can. For abs, I just do crunches. I don't know if there are better options, especially since I have a dumbbell. I'm open to recommendations

leg raises and planks

Is one minute of plank enough? Apparently leg raises are good for the lower abs. I fucking want that.

planks suck ass, world record plank ppl go for 1 gorillion years, shows how hard they are (ie. how useless) do crunches, weighted situps with your dumbell (either holding it, or putting in in a bag and wearing in on your front, etc), and leg raises.
protein and sleep important as well but you know this.

Fasting and zero carb diet.

Yes, it's difficult and you'll hate me for it. Still. Fasting and zero carbs.
