You have to get a bit big to put on the mass, I went from 15" arms in the centre to 16.75" now, and 18" calves and 43" chest, with much stronger lifts, with broader back. That centre pic was only sustainable for 6 weeks max, due to extreme caloric defecit and mental health.
I now have a transgf, and she loves my "Daddy-physique" and so do her friends, and I've gotten with other Cis and transchicks since, more so than when I was twinky.

It's not all fat, bearing in mind I went from 20kg dips to 55kg, at a higher bodyweight too, and my GF and her pals all compliment and I don't look fat in clothes as I don't have a gut sticking out or a big muffin top.
My lifts will not drop down to 20kg again lol I will be near 10kg heavier still, than that middle pic of the collage. I am over 30 now, so I'm not feeling the pressure to be lean and stuff, like I said, I have a gf so it's all good.

Mon: 5-10 min HIIT row
Tue: 5-10 min HIIT row
Wed: 5-10min HIIT row

My prep was stretched to about 4 months and I only lowered cals once the scale stopped moving every 2 weeks

Cut started at 2k cals and ended at about 900 cals for peak week deprivation. 1-1.5 hours of cardio everyday. Extra cardio if I wanted a snack
