Yeah the frequency at which your body is wholly recovered is variable and often genetic and age related. For most of the population that's going to be somewhere in the ballpark or 3-5 days. You can refine it more with personal testing but I'd start at the high end of 5 and work your way in. You can design your split around that pretty easily if it winds up being on the high end so you don't have to do gigantic fullbodies. Things like weekly volume quotas can still be applied with a little math but something like effective reps per session would probably be easier to deal with since you can establish a baseline for consistent progress a little easier and intensity is already factored in.

when ur on tren, you shouldn't work out as frequently because you are stimmed 24/7 and it will eat away ur CNS. if ur natty, low volume, high frequency is the answer. but anything you do, make sure you feel good about it (rest more if needed) and try it for 3 months before jumping to a conclusion.

so much this. i used to try to go hard at the gym 3 times a week and it didnt do shit. then i bought a pullup/dip station and and adjustable dumbbells for my home and started doing shorter workouts every day. in 6 months i made more progress than i did in over a year of gym

I think this is one of those things where you just need to evaluate the required resting time instead of someone who does not even know you or the intensity of your workout. It’s kind of common sense really.
