Many of these fitness influencer people are actually just not very smart. At least he is still productive with his life. Most of the people seem to be more impulsive than the average population and a lot of their advice does not seem to be well thought out. Its one of the main things that turned me off taking roids and similar products. He also has a family, gym, and cares more about running marathons. If you wait until your mid 30s to start doing roids, most of the people you know in your 20s will be off them already. After they get off, many don't even lift or exercise anymore outside of light cardio.
