>>77288922Because I'm at work at 4am in the morning
>>77288922I'm still asleep at 4am
my gym opens at 5:30am
>>77288922at least get 2-3 meals in and you will cry of skin splitting, filthy pump. if you know how to lift that is.
>>77288993U have it wrong. If u eat before training, the food makes blood flow to ur gut, which means theres less blood in ur limbs to fill up for the pumpThe best time to train is first thing in the morning, and thats after having slept & digested a high carb dinner for 8-12 hours from the night before. That way ure fully carbed up for the morning training session, and theres no blood being drawn to ur stomach for digestion anymore, therefore ur muscles are fully carbed up and your stomach is finished the digestion process which allows for maximal blood pumping into the muscle
>>77288998I don’t eat carbs
>>77288924Are you blind?
>>77289002then wtf are you talking about getting good pumps then? LMAO
>>77288932>It’s getting hard to tellnot really
>>77288922>Mark Wahlberg trains at 4am every morning so why can’t you?But I do.
>>77288922Murky Mark is just categorically better than me.
>>77288998try eat a low fat carb rich pre workout meal about 2-3 hours before your work out. your idea of blood flow targeting is at the level of a middle school level.. the food you eat will break down into simple units that will bring in water into ur muscle.. and when ur training, ur body becomes most efficient to take in carbs without being dependent of insulin.. top level pros including natty pros (those that people are suspicious of being a roider despite clean blood tests) understand this well and take pre/intra carbs for a reason.. the only advantage to fasted lifting is probably focus, which can easily be turned on by a pre workout... overall, fasted lifting is good for maintenance at best or when ur cutting.

>>77288922Marky Mark has a great home gym that's open 24/7. My Gym opens at 6 am.

I'm not hopped up on ketamine.
>>77288922Why is he so bad at pullups though?
>>77288922Just checked his bench pr and im stronger than him wtf
>>77289168He had already done 5 sets
>>77288922>waking up earlier = better tougher boomer logic and actual brain rot. they can enjoy their dementia in their dilapidated retirement homes.
Mark Wahlberg is on gear and has nothing to do the rest of the day.
>>77288922He looks retarded
>>77288922I fall asleep at 9pm and don't wake up until 9am
>>77288922I go to bed at 3am

>>77290497Anne Heche's couple. Yeah she tapped that.
>>77288922how does he do it
>>77290609I need this kind of discipline in my life
>>772904840zeronadaCeroSifrNullling
>>77288922Lifting in the evening is better from a strength perspective>>77289496Different chronotypes are anathema to the boomers' view of the world
But is it worth losing sleep time just to lift early?
>>77288922I train at 3amI am a badass
>>77291290The earlier you lift the more milk your pecs produce>roosters
I actually do. I did it this morning. Its a great feel to finish your workout by the time regular people just woke up, you feel full of energy and sense of accomplishment.sure I am getting tired at noon but I can sleep on my job in the toilet.
>>77288934Ai slop, halo doesn't look like that
>>77288922What’s the difference of training at 4 am vs at 4 pm?
I should follow his direction but I’m too lazy
>>77288922I don't feel like it
>>77290484ZeroZeroZeroZeroZero
>>77290484He did it on purpose to collect more money. Full rom pullups would be slower
>>77290484Grim
