>>77289101anons, redpill me on oatmeal, it looks like vomit but i never actually tried it because its not common over here. Is it worth it?
>>77289114It’s poverty food
>>77289101This meal doesn't seem to contain greek yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, honey, or milk. It does however contain banana and berries which are not listed.
>>77289101that is retarded, just lift normally you flop
>>77289227I suppose isometric contractions are retarded too?
Bern putging off trying these honey out clusters with 12gs of added sugar my gf got me and they do taste heavenly. Time for pushups because i dont feel like going to the workout park.
>>77289235yes.
>>77289101There are benefits of course, any exercise is better than no exercise (assuming you dont ACK yourself). However its not optimal because most of the muscle activation will happen when you are the most tired (near failure), which will be only at the top if you are doing a single rep for 60 seconds. That means that you are not training the muscle equally at all stages of the rep.
