How do I start sportacusmaxxing? I saw a video of this nigga doing handstand pushups at 60 and realized this is the kind of fitness I want. Mobility, flexibility, cardio and strength all in one package. I have no idea how to get there though.

Train like how you want to move
>pullups, pushups, dips, and rows
>running, sprinting, jumping
>some stretching and yoga
That would get you in great shape and moving well.
>>
>>77289627
Weightlift yoga and moderate cardio that doesn't interfere with ur gains.

It's that easy this guy is a fag
>>

Hmmm id say just get legit fit and the rest comes easy. You wanna be at 1/2/3/4, able to get 6-10 reps on each of those but without just being some 270lbs fat fuck - if you can do that lean you're actually fit.

From that point all the rest is easy. You'll find you're getting 10 solid pull ups without much struggle and that's without even being autistic with the pull ups. You'll be strong enough at that point to do hand stand push ups, it's just a question of balance and practice. Try and run for 2 hours a week at a level where you're pushing it but not breathless. 2 hours is really enough and I say that as a guy who's done marathons before, ain't nobody got time for more than that while lifting, having a job and having family and other stuff going on in life.

Flexibility is a bit of a blackpill though, not everyone is even capable of doing the splits for example. You don't need that shit really though. Just hit depth on all your squats and you're good, work on some muscle ups too

>be at 1/2/3/4, able to get 6-10 reps on each of those but without just being some 270lbs fat fuck
i like this. i genuinely find it more impressive when i see the lean guy with abs benching 2pl8 for 10 solid reps than when i see some bloated retard with 6 chins under his greasy beard bouncing 4pl8 off his fat fucking gut with form sloppier than nicocado avocados gaping butthole

most of this board has no idea how tough it is to be that strong while sub 15% bf, its a whole different game when you're cutting as opposed to permabulking and able to go all out every single session
>>
>>77290546
>270lbs

in what world?
even 380lbs isn't fat unless you're a short king or have a feminine leg to torso ratio

Stfu retard, 270 is obese

> OPs goal is super fit and strong calisthenics specialist with great longevity.

> You should powershit 1/2/3/4 for 10 reps

> OPs goal wouldn't have a chance of doing that and wouldn't train very much barbell.
> Average 1/2/3/4 for 10 rep powershitter couldn't do 1% of the feats that OPs goal does

Welcome to /fit/.
This is literally the "imagine if you didn't have breakfast" test certain low IQ groups fail. "Imagine if your goals were different to your own and were like this instead"

>1/2/3/4 for reps is powershitting
bruh how weak are you if you think that? you bench 1.5pl8?

what anon said is on the right lines, if you're at least strong enough for those standards and also not fat like anon said you shouldnt have too much trouble with hand stand pushups with a little practice

and also magnus scheving, the actual guy who plays sportacus, literally lifts weight

>Just do the same thing the rest of us do: Barbell training to arbitrary numbers based on the thresholds where another full-size plate gets added to the bar.
When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

OP has literally no reason to touch a barbell. Calisthenics/gymnastics training is an option.

Except most of this board can't rep out 2pl8 while being lean. Most of the videos I've seen posted are either a very shaky looking 1 rep max with some skinny guy, or some fat fuck throwing it around when it's like half his bodyweight. 2pl8 for a few good sets of 10 is actually impressive when youre lean. that's what all the football bros do, who have physiques which this board aspire towards

270lbs is fat as fuck. You are not an IFBB pro and neither is anyone else on this board. I know you're gonna claim to be 7'0" and say I'm a manlet at 6'2" too because this is 4channel, so here's what 6'9" Tyson Fury looks like at ~270lbs, next to 260lbs Ngannou. These guys are super tall and elite athletes, you are neither. So yes, 270 is fucking fat.

A large swath of people improve calisthenics moves more consistently by training free weights
I can do 50+ push ups in a row because I trained barbell bench heavy AND at volume
>>
>>77293115
Calisthenifags always gloss over progressions. You have to flail endlessly with high reps, partials, and negatives to move to a new progression with bodyweight exercises, versus, ya know, another 5lbs on the bar as needed.

Really, everyone should be doing both. But 1234 via iron is going to get you doing the higher level calisthenics faster than just moving your own flesh around.

Sports aerobics, artistic aerobic or whatever it's called, basically a kind of floor gymnastics. That's his discipline.
