watch that roger c dude on youtube. You probably won't get gains as good as his cause he either has insane levels of autism, is on gear, or both, but his advice on growing forearms is seemingly valid from my experimentation so far.

>Wrist pronation with a judo belt and kettle bell
>reverse curls with an EZ bar (straight bar if you want to increase the range of motion in your wrist at the cost of some occasional pain).

do one or two of these exercises everyday at the end of your workout or outside of the gym if you have the equipment to do so.

A whole different thing just like deadlifts for brachialis

I've been doing an upper-lower workout and doing antagonistic supersets (chest + back) and it completely destroys my forearms, to the point where my forearms were the failure point for the first two months
Nothing can fix small wrists but my forearm has grown a lot
