I can't recover from 1-5 rep training, like at all.I've made some PRs with lighter weights that equate to 100kg 1rm, but I haven't actually done it yet.

My bench is still poverty but after this im pretty certain im just scared because i have no safeties and rolling 3pl8 isnt the same as throwing an incline forward or just putting it on your hips

This website fucking lied to me, I finally benched 225 the other month and i still have no gf. The first time I tried 2 pl8 was the first time I actually had to do the roll of shame lol, now I only do it when I can get a spotter. I wish I was good enough to do it by myself like most other people at my gym.
