Frozen veggies and pantry staples such as rice, beans, and lentils don't taste as good immediately as the fast food but pays off health-wise and budget-wise pretty quickly. A simple understanding of a whole-foods based diet and focusing on an increased step count would do most of the fatties wonders. The problem everyone is missing is that about 10-15 years ago something happened in society where everyone suddenly decided that they were ok with being 100lbs overweight.Until we can find and fix that cause, nothing will change.You can force people to take drugs, eat carrots etc all you want, but unless you put them in a prison camp if they dont want to lose the weight its not going to work.Its just like trying to get your fat wife to lose weight. You can make her go to the gym with you, get rid of all the junk food in the house etc but until fucking cow wants to change she still be fat.
