This is where you're wrong. Roids don't substitute hard work. You can pin a whole fucking pharmacy and if you sit on your ass while doing so, nothing will change. Roids make your output amazing compared to your input, and raise your biological limits of how much and fast you can build your muscles, but those come at a price. Sure, you can look like a peeled 5% BF herculean hero in a year or two of consistent cycling and work. A natty lifter will probably achieve 70-80% of your size in double or triple that time, but guess what? Then a time comes when the bill is due. Overgrown heart, hypertension, liver that looks like a fucking sponge, balls that don't work unless you continue trt for life, ED, kideys and joints like that of a 80-year old. The list goes on. It sure is worth it to wreck your shit for a lifetime in exchange for 5 minutes of tiktok/instagram fame. Oh wait, the whole "fitness influencer" industry is so saturated that you either get lost in the background noise or overshadowed by even bigger retard that goes on gear even harder than you. Truly grim.

you don't know anything. Doing something as basic as test gives you more energy so your training will be better. Adding test and doing the same routine as a natty and your body will change drastically. Not going to the gym and adding test and your body will change drastically. I get it's cheap but you can make a salsa out of tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime/lemon, and spices for probably 3 dollars and it lasts for at least a week if it's submerged. Maybe put some onions and sugar on the rice and chicken? Make a smash burger and make 1 or 1.5 pieces of bacon stretch? Or just make a bunch of legs/thighs/wings when they're on sale with hot sauce maybe and a pan fry(keep the oil don't throw it wow) with just flour egg and flour+eggs as the breading.

Watching bodybuilders cook for themselves is pretty funny.

Yeah maybe to make the salsa. I have to eat a ton or gains are gone. I usually just take up projects of making different food because it gets boring and you need at least 2 or 3 different things. It's more about the prep so it only takes 30 seconds or a minute or two and back to beer weed and tv. I like to be lazy too so I always cut and prep shit in advance and always have like minced garlic or precooked and cut potatoes.
