You just need to hit natty peak (before 30) and lift 2 times a week (2-2.5hrs per week tops) to maintain and just swim/cycle to stay sub 15%, which you can easily do after work/on weekends.

just don't overeat, that's enough. 3 times a week is pretty optimal though. but you could get away with 2 times a week. And after few years you'll build a base you can always come back to quickly

there's no need for being anal with macros, unless you want to go sub 10% bodyfat. Other than that you just have to not overeat

Here is the easiest way to do it:
1. Run novice LP to 1/2/3/4+ and ~26 BMI
2. Clean up your diet, keep training each lift 1x/ week min
3. Lose some strength and size but basically stabilize at a size and leanness that is good for you
4. Easily maintain lifting 1-2x week and eating maintenance calories, doesn't have to be clean
That is how fitness is solved in the easiest way
