>Now just lift 3 times a week and eat perfectly for the rest of your life!>That's all you gotta do!Fuck me lads. I can't keep this up every week, every year...
2 times a week is all you need. It's much more sustainable. However,
>>77291543If you're actually eating and training correctly, you should feel euphoric after your last mealSounds like you're fucking something up (probably diet and intensity)
>>77291543food is so delicious how the fuck do people just eat rice and disgusting ground beef for lifewtf
>>77291543If you're not in love with training you legitimately ngmi

You just need to hit natty peak (before 30) and lift 2 times a week (2-2.5hrs per week tops) to maintain and just swim/cycle to stay sub 15%, which you can easily do after work/on weekends.
>just
>>77291543>eat perfectlynot reallyjust don't overeat, that's enough. 3 times a week is pretty optimal though. but you could get away with 2 times a week. And after few years you'll build a base you can always come back to quicklyit's really all you gotta do
>>77292570there's no need for being anal with macros, unless you want to go sub 10% bodyfat. Other than that you just have to not overeat
Here is the easiest way to do it:1. Run novice LP to 1/2/3/4+ and ~26 BMI2. Clean up your diet, keep training each lift 1x/ week min3. Lose some strength and size but basically stabilize at a size and leanness that is good for you4. Easily maintain lifting 1-2x week and eating maintenance calories, doesn't have to be cleanThat is how fitness is solved in the easiest way
