5%? 1%?I'm looking for Henley's as I don't have any and don't know if I should just get a pack on Amazon or get very expensive alpaca wool or something.
>>77291596It probably does exactly or next to nothing
Reminder that microplastics still not proven to be bad for you.
>>77291611This post has won theMOST JEWISH POST OF THE DAY AWARDCongratulations!
>>77291596When possible I only wear natural fibers. For the simple fact that I can fix it myself, and it just feels better against the skin. I hate plastic garbage products. Nothing beats the classics. Wool, cotton, linen, silk, real stuff. Read The Fabric of Civilization. Interesting book. Side note, stop putting your shit in the dryer. I've been hang drying my stuff for a few years now, put a fan on humid days.
I be always make sure to wear cotton undies. I’ve considered buying bamboo ones
>>77291611Wanna know what has ACTUALLY NOT been proven?6 million jews
>>77291611How can you prove something to be bad when you have literally zero control groups because everything has microplastics in it?

>>77291627Reminded me why we say that Ross was replaced by mold
>>77291596Half of all microplastic consumptions come from inhalation of car tires.
>>77291611Do a sperm testWear micro plastic underwear for a year and do it againLmaoNot wearing your Indian shit smeared products, schlomo
>>77291596I wear 100% sheep wool underwear
>>77291607What do you think of that study where they put polyester, cotton-polyester, and cotton underwear on dogs, waited some months then tried to breed them. The polyester underwear dogs couldn't breed but the cotton and cotton blend dogs could. After removing the underwear all the polyester underwear group dogs could breed.
>>77294126not even close>>77291596over 90% of microplastics absorbed into the body come from food sources (water included and explained why).Microplastics break down into sub particles from all sources and travel on the air, land in the water, take your pick. Now how this actually works in real life takes a bit of knowledge of various industries. However long story short a lot of fertilizer and what we call "meal" (corn, fish, etc) that is used in other fertilizer sources, soil sources, or outright food for various animals has a lot of plastic already in it.It is already broken down, but when it is re-processed later it is ground down literally into a very basic mixture. This mixture when fed to pigs in the citation of "fish meal", this pig adds this to either its direct meat source or its feces. This meat source is eaten by you, adding directly to your daily plastic ingestion.Alternatively its feces is reprocessed again (with the plastics already once broken down) into fertilizer again, either reprocessed AGAIN or at this point has microplastics that are so small that plants can now absorb the plastic. The plastic is now ingested by you or alternatively reprocessed again into meal (citation corn meal). This process ad-infinite begins to ad more and more plastic to your diet.Your clothing has little to do with your direct absorption of plastic. What it does do though is adds more plastic to the water table, as it is washed in a washer the multiple plastic clothes grind against eachother and flake off, this plastic is now drank by you, your dog, etc etc. However food is the primary source of microplastics period. It's doomsday tier even.
