Im starting to think my tmj issues are caused by my phone addiction. Hot water to the back of my neck instantly takes away problems. Anyone excperince this?

The right side of my jaw made a noise once while eating an apple months ago and now it makes noises constantly

How am I actually supposed to hold my head? A natural sitting position means you need to bend your neck like that to use a computer or anything, and I always have a sort of bump at the back of my nick unless I bend my head uncomfortably far back.

You should have your monitor higher or your chair lower. The ideal position is legs at right angles at the torso and knees and the top of your monitor at eye height.
