Theres scoliosis, pectus excavatum, downsyndrome etc. Yet people still keep lifting, you work with what you are given. But op decided to whine like a little bitch

The fact that I do is the only reason I'm allowed to whine. I can walk and chew gum at the same time.

You know what, anon? Fair enough.

Yeah, (You) keep chewing that gum while the rest of us keep lifting
>>
You can't fix it only when the nerve going to a serratus is damaged and not functioning. Otherwise it's just a skill issue.

You don't lift, but that's okay. Anyway, winged scapula sucks because every time I sit down in a chair or lie down on my back my right shoulder is being jutted out forward. I've already my spine fused to correct scoliosis, which is what I'm guessing probably caused the winging in the first place, and I don't feel like having another surgery to correct another imbalance. It hasn't really been a problem until recently where I've only been able to sleep on my right side, and when I wake up, the right side of my clavicle aches like shit for a few hours. Kinda worried my spinal fusion could be making it worse though, cause I think they re-attached the muscles in weird places, like if you command your index finger to bend and your thumb bends instead. Back feels very asymmetrical, aesthetically and functionally. Unilateral training doesn't seem to do any good. I thought about buying one of those meme brace things that forces you into ideal posture, but I feel like they probably only work for small women or children, if that.

I think I'm just kinda dysgenic. They weren't lying, that advanced maternal age got hands.

> scoliosis
A guy set a world deadlift record once with scoliosis. Apparently his torso would get smaller during the lift so he wouldn't have to lift it as high.

It absolutely can be corrected.

I literally have scoliosis, pectus and both winging scapulas.
My life is over.
