Aiming for a BMI that isn't overweight and doing 0.75x/1x/1.5x/2x for 5 clean reps is best. Being too big is its own kind of weakness and aerobic and calisthenic standards should also be a consideration. If you can't run a 10k or do 10 clean pull ups you are not fit.
