roidtrannies on this board will go on and on about studies that blasting gear and not working out builds more muscle than a working out as a natty. In their most recent video, Lyle and Solomon went on about how as a natty, lifting seriously, you cap out at your limit in 4 years. Some will look at themselves after 4 years and decide they aren't big enough and decide to ascend. My philosophie is that, the grind is the goal, and the effort is the beauty. A well sculpted natty physique will always get admired for the work that people know went into it. It's like a really well maintained shitbox. Seeing an immaculate Tercel or Corolla will always get the respect of others because they can tell the owner is someone who appreciates what they have and puts in the work to keep things running smoothly, when the easy solution is to either A let it waste away, or B pay for something more modern. Muscles growing and pulling on your bones over years and years change your frame, your overall shape and presentation. Your work is displayed even down to the bone. Roids though, it makes your a caricature of what a fit person is. Your muscles grow so quickly that they tug your tendons every which way in unnatural configurations. HGH makes your gut look like a bloated carcase. You look like an AI approximation of a human, you look like shit aesthetically. A maxed out natty build takes time, takes dedication and proper diet. People know that subconsciously. That's why roiders will always just be circus animals. People will look, but they'll never envy it. It's unenviable.

Well yeah, 4 years is the time it takes if you are perfect. Like, push until failure, diet is immaculate, and your rest is on point.

I'd say in a given gym, 85% will never hit their peak because one of their three pillars (intensity, diet, recovery) are garbage (or any combination of the three).

10% will get there in 20 years, but their peak will be age adjusted so it's not their real biological peak.

And the last 5% will do something decent worth 'miring.

You can't even differentiate a criticism of a certain category of books with criticism of art itself. The issue with natty lifting is how locked in you gotta be with both training and diet.

Lifted 6 years natty and 3 years on juice, and I will say it's all just way easier when you're enhanced. You don't need to give it 100% all the time to get good gains, you'll genuinely make more progress showing up and giving it 60% as a /fraud/ than giving it 100% natural. It's a lot easier to stay lean even with a less than perfect diet too. Within reason you can basically eat what you want and easily stay under 15% bf, you don't need to eat that clean when juicing. It's just easier when you're on gear brah, and other roiders always shit on me for saying that, if it really was just that little boost as some claim they why would they even be doing it?

I have a lot of respect for those who do stick to it natural, but I'm happy doing my thing with a little help, it's just easier and I can enjoy myself a lot more with food and my life doesn't have to revolve so much around the gym for me to keep a lean and built physique. To each their own bro, you do your thing and I'll do mine

oh and also, not everyone who takes gear is on massive doses as to fuck up their appearance and skin and get gyno, not everyone is on GH. There are sensible users too. A lot are just using a little enhancement to make things easier

I have taken other stuff before though and higher amounts, but found there was no need for that since I never intend to compete and don't particularly care about chasing crazy big lifts, not worth the potential risks for me. I am already aware that I'll be on TRT for life even if I do stop, but that doesn't really bother me much. My balls are fine, they were never big anyway but didn't get smaller

That's the point though. Not to do it out of some religious obligation or whatever, but that constancy and discipline you build up is the reward itself. Fitness always better/more desirable because it means you are in control of yourself. Your body was a billboard for you. Now people do gear, even a bit, and go straight to the "reward".

Roiders see the admiration and reward a good natty build gets, and figure it's just an arbitrary respect for the body and ladders their way there. But as a person, an intellectual, feeling, thinking, breathing being, they are making themselves lesser.

Each time someone is ratted or comes out as a juicer, even if it's low doses, they lose a portion or all of their social credit every time. That's because all people instinctively know it's the long, arduous, sisyphean task. Not the end result alone.
