we know that being obese causes extreme damage to your body
but lets talk about what we can do to try and fix that now that we're all losing weight on GLP-1s

im talking about stuff like
>swollen head size
>loose skin
>stretch marks
>face lines
>penile shrinkage
>organ swelling

I was told water fasting helps with loose skin and stretch marks. But can HGH help as well?

People say you shoudl lose weight slowly to avoid loose skin but that seems to be the exact problem. If you look atb people who habitually lose weight quickly, like combat athletes making weight or bodybuilders, none of them has loose skin. Only the people who lose weight slowly have it.

And no, fasting doesnt do shit. Just spamming something on /fit/ doesn't make it true.

You should lose weight right around the same rate that you get slow gains lifting.

If you get to this level of obesity, your bone structure will be fucked up for life.

Most overweight guys should simply lose 20-30 lbs and they're in good health and shape. Never get to the point you are 100lbs or more above your healthy weight, this will fuck you up for life
>>
>>77298121
Bodybuilders cutting to 5% for stage prep and wrestlers trying to make weight for competition aren't losing 100-200+ lbs. The stuff about loose skin happens in extreme circumstances. Think of your skin as an elastic waistband. It stretches and snaps back to shape with reasonable force applied. But pull it past its limit and it will get permanently stretched out
>>
>>77298117
>daily? what dosage do you suggest? I have all of that in my cabinet.
Daily yes. 10-11g collagen peptides. L-lysine 2,000 mg (two 1000mg pills.. one morning, one night). Glycine: 3 g (taken at bedtime)
>>
As always, I would like to remind people that you can finance excess skin removal and the monthly payment is usually lower than what you'd pay for a car. Shit, some places even do income based plans that are STUPID cheap. And I don't mean only shit ass doctors. The fucking place in Beverly hills that does wild crazy shit does fucking payment plans lol. Excess skin is seriously a non-issue.

What?

I believe it's easily reversible as long as you are not morbidly obese

Why the lysine?
>>
>>77298892
Your feet also swell when fat, you can lose multiple shoe sizes.
>>
>>77299299
Why wait on TRT? Are you worried about aromatization? I started as a serious fatfuck and it was never an issue for me.
>>77299803
Good shit.

Pics like that make me never want to lose weight.
>>
The trick is not to lose too much fat too quickly. Aim for 1 pound a week.

Also the real trick is not to be fat in the first place.
>>
>>77300036
>Why the lysine?
Collagen is the main protein that gives skin its firmness, elasticity, and structure. Lysine is required for the cross-linking of collagen fibers. It helps form hydroxylysine, which stabilizes the collagen triple-helix structure and makes the fibers stronger and more resilient. It also supports the enzyme lysyl oxidase, which is critical for creating strong collagen bonds.
>>
>>77298731
Should you be getting enough lysine from a high protein diet?
>>
>>77300243
If you eat at least 1 average sized (6oz, 170g) chicken breast you're getting ~3000mg (aka 250%) of your DRV of L-lysine, so no, there's no real reason to supplement it if you're eating real food and hitting your protein goals.

That said, if you're getting all your protein from artificial sources like 6 scoops of whey powder yeah it makes sense to supplement it.
>>
>>77300110
>The trick is not to lose too much fat too quickly.
This is total nonsense btw.
>>
>>77299803
300-218 here
When does the fupa go away :(
>>
>>77300067
Cause I aromatize like a bitch. I'm an extreme high responder to TRT.
Even on 100mg a week my Total Test levels were at 1000+ and I felt like I was gonna explode cause of how inflamed I was.

I'm only on HCG right now but I still need to take Arimidex once a week cause I'm such a high e2 bitch.
Arimidex + changing my pillow daily has nuked my acne as well. Even natty I had bad acne.
>>
>>77300112
Should I also add beauty peptides to the mix like Ghk-CU? Red light therapy? Manual Therapy?

This is a post-fatty looksmaxxing thread now.

I already know my face is gonna look like shit from all the loose skin.

Does water fasting not promote autophagy which also tightens up the skin?
>>
>>77298121
there's a difference between me dropping 15 lbs after a bulk and you losing 150 lbs, anon
>>
I legit used to weigh at my heaviest 180 kg.
I lost about 100kg in about 2 years and now I have been stable at 80kg for a about 2 years. The only surgery i did was get rid of some lose skin around my belly.
I think I just got lucky that I don't have that much lose skin. Normally people will have hanging boobs skin but i don't have that problem.

You can ask my anything
>>
>>77300575
You've got at least 40lbs to go unless you're heavily muscled
>>
>>77300435
lol retard, rapid weight loss results in loss of the underlying support structure of the skin, putting a huge extra strain on it from gravity. Skin is a complex organ, it can't just shrink fast like simple fat cells.
>>
>>77297951
Nu-/fit/ will see a gargoyle like this and say he's worthy of respect because he eventually stopped his fat fuck behaviours and tried to catch up. Fucking gross human kebab
>>
>>77302315
>gravity
Just walk on your hands, sit upside down, and sleep on your belly every other day that'll cancel it out... duh
>>
>>77302330
That just pulls it in every direction, you have to permanently be in a water tank
>>
>>77301925
Pics before and after
No homo
>>
>>77302315
Again everything you said is wrong. The fat is what stretching out your skin, not the skin itself, the excess fat is what's getting pulled down by gravity and causing your skin to stretch out, if there's no fat in there it has optimal conditions to retract as much as it can.

Going slow doesn't reduce the amount of loose skin you end up with, it increases it because you're spending more time with excess fat to stretch it out. If you want to limit your loose skin, get the weight off as fast as possible and keep it off.
>>
>>77303022
Yes countless studies have shown rapid vs slow weight loss doesn't effect saggy skin

but what about stretch marks?
>>
>>77303350
aren't those from gain? you don't get stretch marks from losing weight, do you? you're asking about studies on speed of weight loss affecting the fading of stretch marks long-term?
