Please share your forearm routines before I blow $50
>>
Nope just spend it. Why would you wait for the indians on /fit/ who dont even lift to help you when you can just get a professionals advice with a modest sum. $60 is chump change for something like this
>>
>>77298325
Reverse easy bar curls
Sam sulek curls
Concentration curls (light weight)
>>
>>77298325
Wrist curls with straight bar
Reverse curls
Twists of some kind
Deadhangs
Holding onto something really heavy for as long as I can
>>

>Gripper for digit flexion & a silicone finger thing for digit extension.
Self explanatory
>wrist curls with dumbells
Self explanatory
>sledge hammer or any heavy stick/rod for inversion/eversion(side to side)/supination/pronation(rotation to either side)
For eversion/inversion, with hands at your sides, hold the sledge or whatever with the heaviest part away from you in front or back, without moving your arm out of position, raise the weight. For rotation, hold arm at side, elbow at 90°, turn back and forth. Thats it. Do that and you'll have trained every movement/muscle that contributes to grip.

rice bucket or bean bucket for overall training; if trained can hit all muscle, tendons, and ligaments

anything that requires grip strength

Just do some farmers walk and/or suitcase carries beside deadlifts. Or if you want to go fancy single arm barbell holds and reverse curls.
>>
>>77298325
Deadlifts and adding more neutral and reverse curls. Reverse forearm curls preachers and concentration.

Do you have any more exercises added in the 21st century

>>77300639
No, and most are copies of the same movement just on different equipment
>>
>>77298325
Farmers carry.
>>
>>77298325
BJJfag here. Just take steroids and grapple lmao. That's all anyone does in the sport where grip is worth more than anything else. The roids do all of the heavy lifting.
>>
I like to hit the old batting cages with a heavier usual bat & really grind out that torque
>>
>>77298474
I've started doing reverse barbell curls for pure strength, but I feel nothing the next day and not getting stronger. What's going on?

Can grip work be done every day?
>>
>>77301550
The plate pinches can be done with grabbing and putting back plates
>>
>>77301666
How do you do plate pinch? Grab two 45s and just hold for time?
>>
>>77298325
why don't we have fitness piracy thread on /fit/
>>
>>77301689
If you can start with 45lbs, then go for it. I use 25lb plates. Pinch them between your thumb and rest of fingers, almost like a lego man hand.
Start with a shorter amount of time then work your way up to a longer time.
Once you hit some benchmark, increase the weight. I'm at 30 sec right now, and increase it about 3-5 sec each week. Once I hit 45 sec, I will use a 25lb w/ a 2.5 lb plate and restart at 15 sec.

If everything in your life should be a flex, flex your money too (but secretly pirate to be a jew with your money, so that you have more money to flex)

Just spend 20-30 minutes day cutting and shaping the aluminium. Get 2x2 in bar and work on that.
>>
>>77301591
Probably but you should make sure you do something like the opposite of gripping like fingertip push ups or something like that, even reg push ups or something like planche lean push ups or whatever will probably work. Just need to put some pressure on the hands in this type of manner to make sure you don’t fuck yourself up.

Yes, I grip the smooth side with my 4 fingers. My thumb grips the lip on the other side of the plate.
>>
>>77301927
Wait, are you holding one plate in each hand or gripping two plates with one hand

One (1) 25lb plate in one hand. When I am ready to move up in weight I will grip One (1) 25lb plate and One (1) 2.5lb plate with a single hand.

Depending on which way you're rotating, it would be the equivalent to a flexor or extensor exercise, but with a hanging bit

I wanted to redo this and make it simpler with just dumbbells

This should be every possible basic forearm exercise type

Does anyone have illustrations for the corresponding stretches for these muscles?
