Yes. I'm riddled with injuries so I kinda have to. I do nerve glides for my ulnar nerve and sciatica, cobra poses for my snapped up lower back, and various stretches for my knee with an ACL reconstruction. Also I've got golfer's elbow and patellar tendonitis and I ice those every day. I love lifting so much bros.

Yeah I can do a head side kick on anyone that isn't 6ft5 tall as fuck and leaning back from the side. For upper body you gotta do more "mobility work" with as heavy weight as possible aka control the weight.
