Are you using lifting shoes with an elevated heel? If not try a pair of those or place your heels on 1.25kg plates

Otherwise go flat shoes n opt for low bar for the time being

I feel you brother, and as said it is deceivingly technical. I suggest you film yourself at knee height from both a side & back perspective then post it somewhere (fit sucks for this, try a proper lifting forum) for advice. There are plenty of them.

Because I fucking guarantee a couple minor fucking corrections would fix ur shit.

I will say that if you're new, the bar hurting your back does stop eventually. It used to hurt my back when I put anything above 1.5pl8 on, just toughed it out and got used to it, now I can do a 4pl8 clean full depth squat for 4 reps. Same goes for hands getting sore, you don't need to be using gloves, you just get used to it and that all stops eventually. Just keep doing them bro

Cool guy and it was my privilege, but pussy pads are fucking disgusting. It was his sweat that was bothering me, but that thing had accumulated the sweat grease and pussy juices of thousands of people before him, it probably hadn't been washed since it left the factory. Bring your own if you're going to use one, they're a biohazard.
