I'm FF in eastern europe. make about 2/3 of average wage, barely do any work. During shift I can sleep but it takes 2 hours to fall asleep and I wake up every hour during sleep so it's never a proper rest. Feel like shit the next day, others go to work in construction mostly on their days off but. People who have careers make way bigger money. I'm 40 and I think i don't want to do it anymore. If you don't posses exceptional mechanical and chemical knowledge your be just the guy running around with hoses. Don't think quality women like grunts thb. It's fun and games but those people aren't the smartest bunch desu. It's like high school a lot, feels like i'm living in the past. Also doing nothing all day I fear results in brain atrophy really. p.s. public sector since we're spending money not making money results in favoritism, incompetency etc.
