>>77300056i used to get like really sleepy doing anything even like immediately after I woke up, and if I thought to lay down to just sleep if I'm that tired I'd be fully awake bouncing my leg until I got back up to work on something and start yawning again. got this prescribed and it's worked like a charm for handling that. doesn't really give me any enhancement because I think a lot of it's work is going into bringing me to the baseline, so if you're a "normal" person it'd probably help.
>>77300056It's as real as possible. Been on it for 12? years or so. Had major sleep apnea condition and was immediately rx and have had it continuing prescription ever since. I was close to organ failure due to low blood oxygen in general. Lowered to 200mg for last few years. The first dose back when was amazing. High euphoria, powerful.Next day less so. In a week nothing noticeable to me, just a general feeling of wakefulness and focus. Now I take daily and have no problems. Everything is fine, always focused on tasks. Enjoy my rest. Wake up and get to work. Exercise. Hike, bike, lift. Lost weight. Getting poontang when I want it but not obsessed over it. I can skip a week off modi and generally not feel any difference except some fatigue but just normal I guess. Get back on and feel good.
>>77300597Kys>>77300056It's inferior to adderall/amphetamine. Not on par in any way.
>>77300056it's not the wunderdrug you think it is. first pill feels great, not tunnel vision-like productivity at all, but in a good way. you just feel calmly more focused. i'd call the appetite suppression mild at best, it's nothing compared to something like adderall. the concentration is not "insane". and the main issue is that after you take it 3+ days in a row, it's hardly noticeable at all. worth trying but not at all the limitless pill
>>77300056>sustained for 12hlong half-life means it's a double edged sword. you might perform like a beast, but you won't get much from it if your stress level is up and you can't recover from it.
>>77300056Don't use it if you have no need for it.But, it really needs to become available for prescription beyond narcolepsy. It can be really effective in ADHD in ways that methylphenidate and amphetamines aren't for some, it is incredibly effective for maintaining cognitive functioning in sleep-deprived individuals, and it might be helpful in autism.Fucking retarded that it's gatekept for narcolepsy, and the fact that the grey market for it is so gigantic, while there are no reports of addiction, overdose or harmful long-term side-effects, says everything you need to know. Still, if you don't have a genuine need for it, not worth taking it long-term.
>>77300764It's garbage.Just use amphetamine.
