>the knee clicking is back
>>77300887my knees have been clicking for almost 25 years, non-stop. working out, running, cycling, never had any problems with that shit.
>>77300895According to a physiotherapist I asked it's completely normal and nothing to worry about as long as there's no pain. >t. left knee clicks like a metronome

I want to believe that Charlie Kirk met George Floyd in heaven and will return during the apocalypse as the Two Witnesses.
I just stopped doing squats and quads almost completely for quite a while until I got some serious clicking in my knees when walking stairs, despite taking care of almost every other leg/glute training angle. Turns out you need to train quads too and I just started doing light weight volume training by doing normal barbell squats with moderate weight once a week or so. I relied too much on knowing that more often the quads are too dominant and people need to do leg curls to balance it out.
>>77300914If a joint cracks multiple times a day every now and then it might be nothing but come on if it clicks like every two steps or something then there's some muscle weakness.

I used to do glute ham raises and stopped doing them. My right knee clicked for a awhile but only years later. I did nordic curls once and it fixed it. I think it is a knee tracking issue.
