Bread. Just took this baby out of the oven. I go through one of these loafs every other day. Fills me up so that I don’t want to eat anything after. Literally a cutting cheat code.

Blanched/Boiled green leaves, just avoid spinach. Great fillers, I don't know how retards go through raw lettuce.

1 cup rice
1 cup chicken stock
1.5 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
200g frozen peas
into the rice cooker and while you wait
400g chicken breast, diced or cut otherwise, marinated in oil, oregano, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder
into a frying pan until crispy and golden and cooked through
serve on finished rice, top up with a joghurt mix (can recommend joghurt, a touch of apple cider vinegar, some lime juice and a pinch of sugar) and sriracha sauce to your liking

Vinegar, cucumber, red onion, salt, dill, pepper, assembled and allowed to sit for about ten minutes. I replaced swedish fish with this as my traditional snack for late nights when I got serious about fixing my diet, felt better immediately. Big shock.
