Forearms, kind of, if you're a wristlet you're fucked, get used to wearing a watches and the like for covering wrists and maximize being in long sleeved shirts. It is hell.

Just train. They’ll come on. No, doing some meme workout to “target” them isn’t going to do shit but if you’re doing everything else right they will grow
>wrists
Your wrists are meant to be narrow. The arm tapers into it. The more difference between your wrist and the rest of the arm the better. I am sure you’d feel incredibly proud of your gigantic wrists but if they’re pegged to average or even above average arms you’re just going to look fat. Dorian Yates had 7.5 inch wrists. Fat indians here would say those are small

I got beefy forearms doing stonemasonry and carpentry in my 20s. I could double overhand nearly 4.5pl8. They went away after I got an office job though, even with doing dead holds at the top and stuff. I wouldnt get a labor job just for the forearms desu

Bodybuilders often do less obliques and wrists though for aesthetics. If op wants a stronger grip and stronger wrists then he is probably quasi half passing his workouts trying to do them perfectly without enough intensity.
