I picked up running before losing a significant amount of weight, so I've been building aerobic base for a while. Currently following a structured 6-week plan — intervals, tempo runs, taper. Track everything on Strava.

I'm disciplined, I follow protocols, I track data obsessively, and I adapt fast. Not a casual jogger looking for basic advice.

What does the actual roadmap to a fast mile look like? Also interested in getting into 400m and 100m — want to develop real speed across the board, not just endurance. What do late-start runners consistently get wrong? Recommend me anything — coaches, programs, resources. I want to be genuinely fast, not just "decent for my age" fast.

all freakishly fast black guys take gears. Then build up their hamstrings and hip flexers. The one white guy who won, won by technique, but Im not going to spill the beans on what he did, because then those cheating niggers will do it, on top of all the drugs.

just image that there is a huge sweaty cock waiting for you to suck it, exactly one mile away
