How cure planter fascistis? I stepped hard down on a big rock right in the proximal heel when barefoot like 2 years ago and pain/tightness in front/proximal heel hasn't stopped, aparently its a common place for such. its really not that unbearable but feels strange to still feel pain there
>>77303404i had horrible plantar fasciitis and then I started working out regularly with like an hour of cardio (mostly incline walks on whatever the highest incline is) and it just went away.
