Eggs are much more palatable on their own if I overcook them. The only way I can eat eggs cooked lightly like in OP picrel is if it's with hash browns I can easily mix them into or on toast or something. Eating wet eggs on their own is nauseating.

As a bit of an egg hater I've found the best way to make them palatable is to make scrambled eggs with cottage cheese. Makes the texture a bit less offputting imo and they taste better. Throw it in the pan and just let it sit for a while, you want it to get some color, then mix around like normal.
