You faggots lied to me!
>do not drink le alcohol 'cause its le bad
>why tho?
>because it just is, okay?
After one month without drink so far I felt nothing:
-gym performarnce still the same
-recovery ability still the same
-overall health still the same
-no mental health benefits (stress, mood and sleep stayed the same)
-Digestion still the same
-gain weight from increased appetite
I lost everything and gained shit.

Is sobriety a retarded psyop?

Ok, jew.

The damage alcohol does to one's body is no mystery or secret. This thread was crafted in bad faith.

Alcohol is bad for your body but necessary to socialize and to not be a nolife, scared, autistic shutin.
Zoomers dont drink out of a goody two-shoes autistic mental defect, and therefore are too scared to socialize, so their lives are worthless and boring and they get no pussy.
What use is it to have better physical health if you have zero life?

If you don't drink massive amounts, you metabolize it well, it doesn't affect your sleep and recovery too much, and your performance in the gym is fine, you don't really have to worry about it. Also, in general, most negative things my gym bros say about booze are secondary effects. Like some people will eat trash while they're out or when they get back home (or the next day) and not stick to their diet. Or some of them are so hungover, they may skip meals and a training session. I still drink on weekends and I just make sure I take it into account when I "plan" my diet, and that I minimize the hangover and schedule my training in way that it's not affected by going out.

Not at all. It is only a crutch to lower anxiety if you have social anxiety. Once you get over your social anxiety there is nothing stopping you from just saying "no thanks, I don't drink" and sipping water at any social event, and still chatting and dancing like anyone. Never once impeded my social life or offended anyone. If anything, drinks only cause people to embarrass themselves.

More like your friends are trashy.

Alcohol literally inhibits protein synthesis by up to 20%.

You can still make gains while drinking, but less than you would otherwise, for the same effort. For most in the fitness community nothing is worth sacrificing gains due to being made up of:
1. Extremely competitive people
Or
2. People who hate their current body type and want to transform themselves into Chad as fast as possible.

I wouldn't know because I never became a habitual alcohol drinking degenerate to begin with. I threw up on a subway while drunk and realized drinking is for niggers.

He should just get back on the retard faggot juice (alcohol) and FULLY COMMIT to being a jewslave GOODGOYBOI

>tfw 2 drinks get me hammered
feels good being on a medication stack that reduces my tolerance to alcohol bros
>>
>>77306387
Yes, but even that requires more alcohol than one might think, and if you've worked out beforehand, the elevated muscle protein synthesis basically cancels it out and lasts longer, so you really just miss out on a couple of hours of gains.

I love demoralization threads getting buttblasted
