Staying lean as a natty is the most miserable experience.

You feel good for like one hour every day (when the caffeine kicks in).

The rest of the time, you are just lethargic and constantly thinking about your next meal. Talking with friends becomes a chore. Productivity goes out of the window.

You think a refeed can fix the issues, but then you get even more hungry because your brain realizes more food is available.

I see only two solutions:

1. Accept 15-18% body fat most of the year
2. Hop on GLP-1s

What's the right solution?
>>
And before some Keto schizo hijacks the thread: I did Keto and even carnivore, and they only got me to 15 to 18% body fat. I can do that eating chocolate.
>>
This is torture. Just be fatter or do roids it's nbd
>>

being lean is for pro athletes and fags
>>
High protein, low retard (latter might be a problem).
>>

>>

i feel great all the time lean now. The only time maybe you dont is if you get very stressed and cannot binge eat, but going on a walk usually solves that issue
>>
>>77306594
I'm was on carnivore and went from 15% bf to 20%. All my lifts went down, too. Gave it a try but it's shit.

Yes, fatty meat is incredibly calorie dense, and ketosis doesn't do shit for your appetite when you're already lean.
>>
lean or shredded? lean as in 13-14% should be perfectly viable
>>
>>77306592
>1. Accept 15-18% body fat most of the year
Wow, you already figured it out. Good job.
>>
>>77306630
Probably overfeeding, eat smaller portions. Protein is excellent at knocking out hunger signals. I eat mostly lean meat and a protein+milk+quark mix with fiber. But I also take carb/fat blockers and fat burners. Drink obscene amounts of water, too.
>>
>>77306647
What would you estimate this body fat%?
>>
>>77306632
What do you eat on a typical day?
>>
>>77306592
15% is ideal. Maximum life-friendly mode.

>15% is ideal. Maximum life-friendly mode

12% is when chicks start staring at you and I'm addicted to that feeling

Fuck being lean id rather do a moderately quick cut with a modified rapid fat loss diet then keep building muscle with a 300 Cal surplus until I get too fat and repeat until I'm 200 lbs lean in ten years

i dont think its particulary hard desu. im small though but i dont find it too hard to stay ~11% year round. lot of things make is easier... limiting processed food, zero sugar drinks, caffeine, spicy food, not relying only on either diet or exercise alone - balance them out. i feel like over time you get used to it and it gets easier to maintain.
>t. picrel
never took roids/sarms/hgh. took bpc157 after i had a distal bicep tendon surgery in rona year for a while idk to what degree it counts. pic is current, lifting for 12-14 years, cant pinpoint date

I always get insane rebound hunger after dieting down, even if the calorie deficit was small.

>>
>>77307147
Retard
>>
>>77306592
Just do your option 1 retard
>>
>>77307123
Going too hard too fast, all there is to it. /fit/cels overestimate what they can do in a year but underestimate what can be done in decade. If dieting is rough for you chill with diet and put in 2hr bike every other day - literalky wont have time to eat if ure a wagie
>>77307135
Ok
>>77307153
I dont, i have a rough estimate in my head. I eat very similar set of meals every day and i weight myself 2 times a day. Every now and then i refresh the said set of meals and then i count calories per meal
>>
>>77307191
What's that rough estimate would you say?
>>
>>77307195
Currently? Im 70.5kg bw in morning, 71.7kg at night and i do total of ~3.5hr biking a week and eat roughly 400+250+450+900+250 kcal (5 meals)
>>
>>77306592
Idk works on my machine. Maybe because I was always borderline underweight before lifting but 10-12% just feels normal.
>>
>>77307203
Nice.
I'm currently eating around 2200kcal too (around 15ish% right now) and trying to get to your body fat through lots of boxing and running.
I used to eat less calories, but I found that progress was equally slow, and I feel perfectly fine eating 2200kcal, no hunger at all.
How long did it take you to get there?

>1. Accept 15-18% body fat most of the year
2. Hop on GLP-1s
So this is a psyop thread then? Cause that range IS lean & GLP-1s while already that low is going to result in a fuck ton of lean mass loss. Shit, under 15 and you're risking hormone dysfunction. I'm aiming for 200lbs@20%max, then go on PSMF down to 15%, then back up, etc.

kek decent bait but too obvious
