I had this "free" (1 bonus from my insurance which was about to expire) appointment with a doctor, so I could get hints on how to get better results as a natty.

Did that and had to cut because I could no longer see abs even when lightfrauding, for marginal gains if any.
I probably benefit from eating more protein (which I'm already on), but not more calories. I'm a 39 yo unc, can't get away with dirty bulking anymore.

Yes, I have mild hypermobility, so my tendons snap and get irritated incessantly. My shoulders are always snapping when I try to do lateral raises or flies or anything like that. My right elbow pops when I OHP. I can't extend my knees without the tendons on the outer sides of my knees snapping. It's like my body forces me to be sedentary because otherwise I'm hurting my tendons.

Eat exactly 0.8g of protein per pound of approximate LEAN body mass you have, double that for carbs and the rest from fat with plenty of fiber and zero sugar
Do liss cardio after every lifting session and 12 hours opposite to increase total cellular activity
Lift heavy compounds first, always work heaviest to lightest except squat before deads usually
