i actually got one of those my foreskin was swollen and i was semi erect for like a day after a long edging session
>>
I started doin neck curls and extension with a head harness and I'm still at baby weights cause I'm scared of neck doms. I had a very minor neck sprain last year and it prevented me from feeling comfortable lying in bed trying to go to sleep for like a month. Absolute misery. But knock on wood no doms so far, hopefully it doesn't happen as it gets heavier.

i just put the weight on my forehead for the curls, never saw a point in the harness unless youre some sort of elite wrestler

I like the idea of consistent and even loading when training the neck. Also, apparently you get pretty strong on these quickly and it seems like it'd be very uncomfortable to exert force with your forehead or the back of your head onto a 20kg metal plate when doing curls and extensions. Harnesses are cheap so why not.
