So twins do have different vein distribution, although main ones, so to speak, are positioned similarly."Identical twins" refer to monozygotics. Twins IRL suck, not only are identicals the rare type of twin, they are not perfectly identical like cartoons would have you believe. It's truer to say monozygotic twins are very similar looking people, usually difficult to distinguish at a glance.
