How genetically elite is hitting 2/3/4/5 within two years at 225lbs body weight ? How about a year ? Roidless ofc
>>77306928That's pretty impressive bro. But under the right conditions I think most guys are capable of thatIt took me 5 years to get 2/3/4/5 but I definitely wasted my first 2 fucking around and not training right, and also not eating. And most people will do the same, I am fully convinced that if I had all of my current knowledge I could have done it in 2 years instead of 5.I believe if everyones head was full of training knowledge, and they were eating right and focusing on strength, like 70% of guys would be capable of hitting it. But of course that's all just fantasy and there's no way to zap knowledge into people's heads or force people to want to train towards thisHeight matters too, if you're a 5'6" manlet like me 225lbs bodyweight is fucking tank tier, but maybe not so much for someone 6'4". Manlets have a mechanical advantage in most lifts too, while tall dudes tend to be disadvantaged in leverages none of what I said is trying to take away from what you've accomplished though bro, well done, you're strong as fuck
I started 5th August 2025 (32yo) and currently my stats are:OHP: 85kg x 2Bench: 116kg x 2Squat: 195kg x 2DL: 200 x 3I started with a 60kg squat for 3x5. Height 183cm.Weight 110kg (up from 80kg)SS into TMI think I'll hit 5 plate squat before a 3 plate bench desu.
>>77307055Those are similar to my stats with a few kgs differences give or take but yeah the way it's headed ill have 5/5 s dl before the bench 3 which i dont care it's gonna blow out my local meets/competition in my shithole
>>77307055So you just dirty bulked and powershitted then lol. 30kg is a hell of a lot of weight to gain between august 2025 and now, I'd be careful with that bro. You're putting a lot of stress on your cardiovascular system by doing that, not to mention you're probably gaining a lot of fat and gonna have permanent stretch marks. Don't get me wrong, your numbers are solid, but I'd really suggest chilling out with the weight gain for a while even if you just maintain current weight for a few months
>>77307132Tbf the initial post wasn't complete. I trained quite seriously in my early 20s, so when I started again in August I put back on a lot of the size I lost before. I'm c 20% bf atm and just eating at maintenance now that I'm on intermediate programming and my lifts can't progress as rapidly. Still seem to be making decent progress, so no plans to move up a weight category for the foreseeable future
>>77307164>20% bfLmaoPost body
>>77307164Yeah, just like the other guy said you're probably way over 20% bf if you've just come off a 30kg bulk
>>77306928FROM NEVER TRAINED,COMPLETELY POSSIBLE IN 2 YEARS,DOUBTFUL IN 1 YEAR,WOULDNT SAY IT IS ELITE,JUST WOULDNT BE POSSIBLE NATURALLY,UNLESS YOU HAVE PREVIOUS TRAINING OR GENERALLY VERY STRONG TO START WITH,3-6 YEARS IS REALISTIC,NEVER A RACE,ENJOY THE LEARNING CURVE AND WHAT WORKS BEST,>>77306957ALL VALID POINTS HERE,>>77307055BIG DOG>>77307164MUSCLE MEMORY IS A WILD TING
>>77307132It's a lot harder to gain muscle than it is to gain or lose fat. I think society needs to realize that fat + muscular > thin in terms of overall fitness and achievement. Go on a cut for a few months and voila, no problem anymore.
>>77306928Nothing elite is achieved within two years. Genetic elite would be along the lines of 3/4/5/6 natural.Getting to 2/3/4/5 in only two years is extremely impressive, as most people aren't capable of getting there ever, but it has no bearing on where your ceiling is.
>>77307132I mean if the weight on the bar is the main goal then he is doing better then 99% of /fit/. It is far easier to cut weight when you lift big then bulk with light lifts.
>>77307327>WOULDNT SAY IT IS ELITE,>JUST WOULDNT BE POSSIBLE NATURALLY,so something that nobody in the world could possibly do is not considered elite?
>>77307616NO BECAUSE NO ONE COULD DO IT...IF IT WAS POSSIBLE THEN YES THEY MAY BE ELITE,BUT 2/3/4/5 IN 1 YEAR WITH NO PREVIOUS TRAINING NATURALLY IS NOT POSSIBLE,HENCE IT CANT BE ELITE,BECAUSE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE,SEE WHERE I AM GOING?
0% chance any natty hits a 2pl8 OHP in two years.
>>77306928I hit 3/4/5 within a couple years of hitting 2/3/4I never trained exclusively for strength tho and it took a long time to hit 2/3/4
>>77307622You need less blood pressure or you're going to stroke out (and not in a fun way)
>>77307622I get you broI'm 100% with the other post that said 2/3/4/5 is doable natty in 2 years for someone who knows exactly how to train and will also fully commit to bulking and strength training, and also no stupid setbacks like getting drunk every weekend. Im talking if you could go back to day 1 but knowing everything you know nowand of course that assumes you come from a healthy and athletic background, not fat nerd who spent entire childhood on video games
>>77307635I literally did a strict 85kg two days ago (admittedly with a back arch but full rom legs together no momentum) and 80 was a month and some change. By october i'll be at 100 or even sooner. Not hopeful about my bench tho
Damn this thread makes me feel less bad for not hitting 2 plates in bench after 2.5 years, still 40 pounds left to go. I hit 1 plate OHP last week however, maybe I am training my chest improperly. It doesn't help that I have been mostly cutting.
