I think there is probably way too much salt in takeout/restaurants.Since I only eat home cooked meals about 4-5 days a week on average, I tried an experiment where for the past month or so I would add no extra salt to my own meals at all. It was awful at first but I don't notice it a month in.I figured it would balance out with the excessive salt in takeout/restaurants.Look at my blood pressure results. It's clearly trending towards the healthy range.Do you guys keep track of your blood pressure? It's one of the most important health metrics.
>>77307050I salt stuff pretty heavily and have a family history of heart disease, but I also do 8-15 hours of cardio per week so I'm hovering around 110/67, could be better but could be a lot worse too. Are you doing multiple reads? I discard the first read then do 2 more and average those. The first is always a lot higher.
>>77307050Yeah fuck eating out (currently on holiday at a normie resort so fml). Neither do I salt my food excessively anymore. But the key you're missing is POTASSIUM.It counteracts the soudium and most people never get enough of it.So do urself a favor n buy a bottle of Mineral Salt (50/50 blend) and use that instead. Less salt isn't necessarily better. Instead you want a proper ratio
>>77307050too much caffeine, nicotine, and salt for a baseline value. sweat more and it should even out.
>>77307893I do one read then another 1 min later and average them out
