Deenz are more complete than tuna as well. Like skin, bones, nerves, eggs, liver, etc. Also I think they are higher fat so higher omega. Main thing is the mercury though.

My catch is North / Central Atlantic, but the change in fuel price cannot be overstated.I think YouTube has bad barely any impact, most of the things they show are higher end and too expensive to eat on the reg. Besides, everybody I know either tries sards and hates them, tries them and says 'they're fine' then never has them further. Deen fiends are few and far between. I'd put more money on it being an affordable source of protein, certain been making purchasing decisions based on that these days :/
