Bros, I need your help because I believe I'm onto something. Hear me out.Many ballistic exercises only work properly with a kettlebell, like how the Atlas swing can only be done with a kb. The way some exercises recruit specific muscles is unique to this tool, so what are some exercises that only work properly with resistance bands?I don't want resistance bands just to be a worse alternative to dumbbells and machines, but something that can be introduced in normal training in a way to improve results. Any papers, books, videos, you name it, that would help me with this?
