I went through a phase where I convinced myself eating tons of protein was a meme, some global conspiracy to sell more protein products to lifters and I started eating like 80-100g protein per day maximum.

At first I didn't notice any difference, even after months i didn't notice, but after a couple of years I realised I wasn't making any progress anymore, my muscles were slowly shrinking over time.

Recently in the past few months I decided to return to eating 200g protein per day, and ive noticed a massive performance increase, ive been regaining muscle mass and strength that I had lost, and im getting leaner and leaner by the day.

I kneel, high protein people were right, you really do need a lot of protein, the low protein shit is cope.

The main thing is how much of a difference it makes in terms of getting lean, the more protein i eat the leaner i get, its not an exaggeration of how much of a difference it makes going from 100g back up to 200g protein per day

N=1
There's a thing called diminishing returns but you're too low iq to figure it on your own

>you're too low iq
Why not just say 'you're too dumb'? Very strange.
>>

Being dumb can mean a multitude of things and indicate you're incompetent in multiple ways, being low iq means you have low pattern recognition
You went from 80g to 200g but never once thought that 120-130g is where it's at while saving money and saving your kidneys and liver work and also being sustainable.
>>
just a retarded fucking correlation, just because you eat more protein and you get leaner and stronger does not mean you get leaner and stronger because you eat more protein you fucking sub90iq retard

>and also being sustainable
This. So much this. Protein is actuelly extremely unsustainable for our climate, and we should get a majority of our calories from carbohydrates to minimize our carbon footprint.

Fat is more sustainable than both

Actually it is when the only thing that changed is me going back to eating 200g protein instead of 100g, I never stopped lifting weights, didnt change routines, didnt have any other lifestyle changes. Still the same NEET chud with 0 stressors. I didnt get any job, or work some crazy hours, or get a wife and kids, nothing like that, nothing about my lifestyle changed from 10 years ago when i started lifting, same shit,

Wake up, gym, go home, walk dog, sit on PC for the rest of the day.

The only change is that i used to eat 200g/day for the first 5 years of my lifting, then for the following 5 years I dropped down to 100g and saw slow regression. Now I decided to go back to 200g and im seeing a big difference, Im regaining muscle and strength that I had slowly lost in the past 5 years.

So yeah, theres no "major life style changes" to explain this difference, because there has been none.
>IN BEFORE

>hurrr thats so sad, what a loser, ur life hasnt changed in 10 years? what a loser!

Not an argument.
