How do you escape intermediate hell?
I've been stuck on 2/3/4/5 pl8 since I hit it 1 year ago

That universal standard never made sense to me? Like it's a universal standard for 5'5 men 130 lbs and 6'5 350 guys?
>>
>>77308621
It's just a very easy measurement
>>
>>77308621
It's a milestone not a personal standard
If you hit it then you're considered a novice or intermediate or whatever. If you dont you're a genetic dead end. Yes these things are regardless of your height weight etc since for the majority of the lifting population gymcelling ends right before 1/2/3/4 for them mentally

What do you do with your strength? Do you play any sports? Are you active? Do you compete in anything?
IMO, it's hard to continuously make gains when all you're doing it grinding in the gym all day for no other purpose.
When was the last time you even mogged someone, outside, on the street? When was the last time you emerged victorious from fierce competition?

>When was the last time you even mogged someone
Right now
Check out these digits

It's a less impressive milestone the nigger you are. More impressive the smaller you are. A really tiny person could have a jacked physique compared to a large fatty but not able to hit the same milestone as easily.

I keep hearing about these supposed "fatties" (how is this even an insult lmao sounds like kindergarten dissing) who lift 315 day one in the gym but i have yet to see one. Not a single example. Almost as if your muscles going from point A to B has little to do with your center of gravity (the only lift i can concede for this is the deadlift, for the squat you're literally squatting your bodyweight+the weight)
Not a single example irl or even cherrypicked online, almost as if it's a myth by weak skinny guys who are affraid to bulk or simply dont know how to
>B-b-but the professional athletes
Yeah? They're min-maxing and want any ounce of edge over the competition possible. Yuri Belkin is 220lbs and totals well over 1000kg
