What's a good program focused on gaining bicep strength? I want to try to hit at 60kg bicep curl this summer

Just curl? It's a very simple muscle to train and get stronger at. Curl twice a week, 4-5 sets per session. The variation you want to get stronger at and you can add something else like hammer or preacher for the rest of the sets. Double dynamic progression, push to failure, increase reps and weight as you can. Not much to it.
