how do you manage fatigue whilst cutting? im in a ~500cal deficit and i'm gassing out. understandable given there is less energy, but what are you all doing to keep it up? just accepting you have less energy and not pushing yourself *too* much? inhaling monster ?for reference i have been lifting for ~1year and can definitely see progress but still have a belly.
350 test week/10mg yohimbina every morning before light coffe +cigaretes
>>77308729Shinji would not bench 1pl8 if his life depended on it
I go to bed earlier since recovery takes more time and get by that way
>>77308750i would do this but i can't sleep on deficits>>77308729no idea bro. i'm guessing people who don't experience this are doing test or stims to make up for it
>>77308750im already sleeping like 8 hours man i must just be a fag>>77308753i think last time i was in a deficit i wasn't as fatigued because the lifts were less weight??? now im doing a bit more it's hard to keep up. oh well i will just nail a monster before lifting :^)
>>77308729Yakub McDonald says:You only need 2 GOOD sets per week to keep muscleHave lean protein 2-4 hours before hitting the gymCAFFEINE will help trick your body but avoid it as much as possible outside of lifting days to stay sensitive.Unironically the sugar from the Monster you drink will help.Realistically you should do only 3 days per week, full body hitting your muscles at least once per day will be enough to even gain if you are starting.Keep the protein high.

>>77308830this is kinda what im doing already.work from home so i have no schedule really.4 eggs + 2 slices jason's ciabattin toast + oj at ~10amif i really need it (more frequently recently) then a monster ~45min before startingi dont drink energy drinks or anything with caffeine in usually. half a can of monster usually sets me up quite well, although when i get baited and realize i have no energy it's a feeling that i've wasted a day
>>77308836Take glucose gummies that diabetics use 10 minutes before you workout. You should be getting multiple rest days per week.
>>77309021complete rest? or are sports/medium-intensity alright?
>>77308729a smaller deficit has worked way better than a 500 kcal one for me. something like 200-300 kcal and like 180 g of carbs has been pretty good. been cutting for a handful of months and energy is solid minus a week or two where i felt like shit for a bit but that was unrelated, i think. my sleep has been great as well. yea i lose weight slower but i dont feel like shit and i will actually stay on my deficit.
>>77308830Ya I love mcdonald so much he is a ffunny and smart goy (guy I mean)
>>77308729
eat sugar niggersugar and b vitaminscalcium from milk or eggshellsits that easy
>>77309046i'll probably adjust it then. maybe i'll give it a week or so
>>77308729cadio to improve recovery and fast digesting carbs before/during workout. like grape juice or something
>>77308747Bro would cook up every excuse not to and then start crying. Just like a majority of /fit/
>>77308729i'm on retatrutide and i don't feel fatigued at all. i just don't really feel like eating much and it all stays digesting for like 8 hours.
