In your opinion, how strong should a woman be? I am a guy and I find it very hard to judge the strength of women. I touched a womans arm the other day to stop her from walking out into the street because a car was coming. No issue. However I remember her arm feeling very... flaccid. It felt like there was no muscle at all in her arm. It made me wonder about the general strength level of average women. I consider myself a strong guy but I never know what would be "strong" for a average woman. I have met women who can't do one push up or pull up. Is that even a good gauge of strength? What do you think? Like pic would be too much but what is too little?
