For most of my life, I was a skinny fat subhuman, never had any vascularity and only few years ago, I started actually working out. Got minimal muscle mass and decide to cut rn. I have a narrow structure and never had a big appetite so can I actually maintain 10% bf for years or am I hard capped to being a 17% bf pudgy freak? I heard that the excess fat that you built doesn't really go away and it sticks with you forever. Am I just fighting a losing battle?
>>77309110Very few things can be autistically definitively categorized.Low BF is a combination of factors that very from person to person. It doesn't matter. You should just attempt to be the best version of what your genetics and situation allow.

>>77309110There is no "hard cap". Any one can get lean. It *may* be true that your body prefers to set around a certain percentage but no one ever said cutting was easy. But really the problem with skinnyfat is the lack of muscle mass so better keep lifting.
